It's snack time! Goose Creek High's Take the Lead mentees are selling chips, soda and candy to their fellow Gators for a good cause! All proceeds from their Gator Bites stand go toward the Ronald McDonald House.

Timberland High's Students v. Staff basketball game was a match-up for the ages! With all proceeds going toward the Ronald McDonald House, students in Timberland High's Take the Lead mentoring program charged their fellow Wolves to attend this must-see event that went down to the wire. Congratulations to the THS staff on beating out the students, 45-43!

Running from April 6 - 10, we're hoping all of our students have an egg-cellent Spring Break! All BCSD students will return to school on Monday, April 13.

School social workers are agents of change who are committed to connecting our students and families to the resources they need. However, supporting struggling students and assisting in difficult situations can take a toll. To finish National Social Worker Month, all our school social workers came together to learn about practicing healthy boundaries with their work so they can continue to show up at their best for our students.

At last night's board meeting, we celebrated technical skill and athletic excellence exhibited by students across the district! Congratulations again to Timberland High's Wolf Battalion on its wins at the U.S. Army 4th Brigade Aerial Drone Best of the Best Competition and all our individual state champion wrestlers -- Landon Jackson, Montero Royal, Wyatt Thames and Tanner Merta.
