Today we celebrate Georgia Gilliam as our Loggerhead Leader of the Day! Nominated by her teachers, Georgia has shown amazing effort, kindness, and leadership this week. Her hard work and positive attitude are making a big impact at CLS!

Our Loggerhead Leaders are nominated by teachers + staff for showing kindness, leadership & positivity. As a token of appreciation for their leadership, each student receives a T-shirt, water bottle, sticker, and a gold coin for our BOOK VENDING MACHINE

Students in Ms. Hodge's 6th grade science class used a STEM marshmallow tower experiment to learn about the scientific method. Students made predictions, executed trials, and collected data!

Happy FIRST High-5 FriYAY of the school year! Each Friday we spread extra smiles, kindness, and encouragement with a simple high-5. You'll notice extra visitors, our local high school athletes welcome our students and encourage them to finish the week strong!

Did you spot Lewie swimming through the community as we prepare for a TURTLE-Y awesome school year!? Special Thanks to our PTA! They provided our staff with a "Welcome Back Breakfast" to fuel the start of the school year as we prepare to SHELL-abrate our students!

Congrats to Mrs. Neiderhiser’s 3rd Grade Class! After collecting food for our school-wide drive, they came out on top with the most donations! Their prize? Silly stringing Ms. Stevens! Laughter and cheers all around! Thank you to everyone who donated. Your generosity is making a real difference!

Today we’re celebrating Maria Luiza Dias Da Costa Bernardes, an amazing 8th grader at Carolyn Lewis School as our Loggerhead Leader of the Day! Maria’s infectious humor, bright spirit, and incredible resilience make her someone everyone loves to be around.
