Requirements for Participation
Physical Examination: A yearly physical examination is required. The physical must be completed by a medical doctor and submitted/approved on PlanetHS before participation. A link can be found on the Hawk Athletics web page.
Birth Certificates: A scan of the original birth certificate is required to be uploaded to PlanetHS. A copy will be kept on file in the athletic office.
To help prospective athletes prepare for the season and gain an understanding of our expectations, requirements, and goals, there are optional training days taking place in December and January.
AGAIN - BEFORE attending any training, athletes must be cleared through PlanetHS. Links for this are on the Hawk Athletics Page.
Optional Pre-Season Training – 5 – 6:30 at Hawks Nest Park on the turf field

December 8, 9, 11
December 15, 16, 18
January 6, 7, 8, 12
Tryouts will run January 13, 14, 15
