Coach Cap is from Sudbury, MA, where she attended Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School. She played four years of college basketball at Colby College in Waterville, ME. Before moving to South Carolina for graduate school, she was an assistant coach at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. She got her master's degree in Elementary Education at the College of Charleston and has been teaching elementary school for 11 years. She started coaching the Junior Varsity team at Hanahan High School in 2018 and began coaching varsity in 2020.

Coach Ashley is from Gaithersburg, MD, where she attended Covenant Life High School. She attended the University of Maryland. Ashley was an assistant varsity coach in Maryland for 5 years before moving to South Carolina. In her free time, she loves working out, lifting weights, and spending time with her three kids and husband.
