On Monday, the Berkeley County Board of Education approved the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 General Fund Budget, a financial plan that invests in students and employees while making responsible use of taxpayer dollars. Over 300 students qualified for our Semester 2 Renaissance Rally last week and this crew had a blast! The game competition was fierce and afterwards students enjoyed games, movies, face painting, and outdoor activities. Shout out to these kiddos for making growth on their 2026 ACCESS test! This is an annual test that measures English proficiency in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. We had 12 students who met the criteria to exit the program. The raffles and pizza party were a hit!
The Super SQUIRE Award monthly program is designed to recognize extraordinary teachers for their impact on and contributions to the students at CPM. Each month, all students have an opportunity to nominate one teacher to receive this award.
