Students in Ms. DaCosta's 7th grade ELA classes investigated a crime today and wrote arguments to support a claim with clear reasons and relevant evidence (7.C.1.1). What a fun lesson to be a part of at CPM! #evidence

The Super SQUIRE Award monthly program is designed to recognize extraordinary teachers for their impact on and contributions to the students at CPM. Each month, all students have an opportunity to nominate one teacher to receive this award. The nominations this month were amazing and the thought put into them by our students brought us to tears. CPM students had an amazing evening this week learning about how Title I supports our school and completing literacy activities with friends and family. Utilizing the South Carolina College and Career Ready English Language Arts standards, students earned XP to level up their skills. Shout out to Marco's pizza for an outstanding dinner option and thanks to all of the families that were able to join us. Go ahead and save the date - November 12th - for our next adventure! You won't want to miss the fun!
