13 of our super talented dance students had the opportunity to perform at the BCSD Dance Festival Showcase at Cane Bay High School. Their talent continues to supersede expectations and they continue to WOW us!

What an amazing turnout we had yesterday for our Fresh for All event, along with Food Lion Feeds and GrowFood Carolina! Thanks to all of the student and adult volunteers that helped CPM serve the community!

CPA, or Concert Performance Assessment, is very much like a standardized test for music ensembles. Students prepare and perform two pieces (in two different languages and contrasting styles), and they are also assessed on a two-part sight-reading performance.

The Super SQUIRE Award monthly program is designed to recognize extraordinary teachers for their impact on and contributions to the students at CPM. Each month, all students have an opportunity to nominate one teacher to receive this award. It was a Renaissance BAG Tag day and students with red and black BAG tags received donuts! Awesome job to these kiddos for success in Behavior, Attendance, and Grades during 2nd quarter. Our next redemption day is Wednesday the 24th! Black, Red, and White BAG tags are eligible for frozen treats! #JostensRenaissance #MidAtlanticRenRegion






A big shout out to Crowfield Baptist Church for providing an impressive spread of Valentine’s Day sweets and treats for our teachers and staff. We are feeling the love!


Shout out to @ChrisSIngleton for sharing his message of Love and Literacy with our 8th grade students on Monday at College Park Middle School. We were chosen to be part of his 28 schools in 28 days tour and WOW what an opportunity! There were so many take aways that directly impact our students and staff as we celebrate Black History Month and February, the month of kindness and compassion!
