At its June 29 meeting, the Berkeley County Board of Education approved the appointment of the following leaders:
Janet Kehoe – Assistant Principal at SHS
Matthew "Blake" Hall – Assistant Principal at SHS
Stephanie Mansfield – Coordinator of Special Services- Middle School
Samantha Kelleher – Director of Support and Compliance Special Services
Dr. Mia Rosenberg – Coordinator of Related Services Special Services
Latonya Brown – Coordinator Special Services/Compliance
Gilbertha Sandy Delice – Coordinator of Special Services – Elementary
Lesley Creel – Coordinator of Special Services – Secondary
Dr. Vanessa Middleton – Coordinator Mathematics 6-12 Academics and Innovation
Samantha Kelleher, Mia Rosenberg, and Latonya Brown will begin their new roles on July 1, 2026. All other appointments will take effect on July 13, 2026.
