Check out some highlights from our Art I students! We are very proud of the creativity and enthusiasm shown by these students under the leadership of Ms. Ashley Olsen.

We had a great turnout yesterday for our 8th grade promotion ceremony! Thank you to all who helped make this happen. Congratulations to the rising 9th graders!

Our yearbook adviser, Ms. Fletcher, and the yearbook team earned Silver Level recognition in the Jostens Yearbook Program of Excellence! It’s an achievement that sometimes doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, and we are thrilled with this accomplishment. It is definitely a tribute to their hard work.

We are excited to announce that Hanahan Middle School has been recognized as a Jostens Renaissance SILVER School of Distinction for the 2025-2026 school year. We are proud of this accomplishment and hope to continue to make HMS a great place to work and learn!

At our school, being a Hawk means looking out for one another—and our counselors lead the way. 🦅
They are the glue that keeps our community connected, supporting students with compassion, care, and commitment.
We appreciate everything they do to help our Hawks grow, thrive, and soar. Thank you for all you do! 💙 Happy (a week late) Counselors Week to Ms. Tolbert, Ms. Woodhead, and Ms. Thomas!
