Yesterday our students were thrilled to welcome the North Carolina Youth Tap Ensemble (NCYTE)!

NCYTE — a talented group of about 40 dancers, ages 8–18 from across North Carolina — honored the traditions of tap while bringing youthful energy, contemporary music, and fresh choreography from some of the world’s top choreographers.

Our students absolutely loved watching these incredible performers. A huge thank-you to NCYTE for an inspiring, toe‑tapping performance that left everyone buzzing! 👏🩰✨

We were able to provide this performance thanks to our Distinguished Arts Program grant. Thank you to the South Carolina State Department of Education for supporting the arts in our school.

The Robofoxes had a great time competing in the FIRST LEGO League Robotics competition — way to go, team!
