When spotty thunderstorms threatened to rain down on the cookout, Carolyn Lewis School simply pivoted!
Although the festivities had to be moved from the outside patio to the cafeteria, the school still had a great turnout July 14 when families came out to meet the new principal, Dr. Martin Wright. Berkeley County School District's Child Nutrition Services provided hotdogs, pizza and cookies.
Dr. Wright shared his mission and vision with families before everyone chowed down and spent time mingling. VIEW PHOTOS.
