Today we celebrated SRO Corporal Cephus Rogers. His dedication to the children and safety of CHE has been unwavering. He's moving onto bigger things but we couldn't let him leave without a parade, confetti, cake, pom poms, special visitors and lots of hugs and appreciation. We love you Officer Rogers and you will be missed. ❤️👮🏾♂️🚓💙💛🐯🐅
