Coach Mitchell brings 22 years of educational experience and a passion for helping students develop lifelong fitness habits. Her background includes coaching volleyball, soccer, softball, and Special Olympics, and she is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.
Outside the classroom, Coach Mitchell enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, camping, and cheering on her beloved Tennessee Volunteers.
