What an incredible day at our robotics competition on Saturday! 🐍🤖
This was the Cobrabots’ very first year competing in VEX Robotics, and we couldn’t be prouder. One of our teams placed 3rd out of 35 teams and advanced all the way to the quarterfinals—an amazing accomplishment!
We were also honored to receive the VEX V5 Energy Award, recognizing teams that bring outstanding enthusiasm, passion, and spirit. Our students truly brought the energy, dedication, and excitement and helped make the event unforgettable.
So proud of these hardworking, passionate kids! 💚⚙️

Coach Balgos also goes above and beyond to hype up his athletes. He celebrates each student individually and even sends us their accomplishments so we can announce them over the intercom. He talks about his players with the pride of a parent showing off baby photos — and honestly, we love it!
