Daily Rates for Prorated Weeks Only
In the event that the Berkeley County School District mandates a week shorter than 3 days (holiday, inclement weather, etc) a reduced fee will be charged to parents using a daily rate scale.
Early Dismissal, Teacher Workdays and Staff Development Days
BCSD Extended Day programs will be closed on all early dismissal, teacher workday and staff development days. These days are reserved for essential staff training.

2026 Summer Camp Rates

All elementary school summer camps serve students in grades K-5 and Westview Primary's summer camp serves students in K-2. Cane Bay Middle and Carolyn Lewis School's summer camps serve students in K-8. Grades listed must reflect the the student grade for the 2025-2026 school year.
