Jeffrey Addison is a dedicated basketball coach who has come full circle with over 26 years of high school varsity experience. He is returning home to Timberland High School after starting his own journey at St. Stephen High his 9th through 12 grade years. Addison, a defensive specialist with a focus on fundamental skill development has a proven track record of championship success. His tenure at Timberland includes eight Regional Titles, two Lower State Championships, and two State Championship victories in 2005 and 2011.

Addison is known for focusing on skill development, strong foundational fundamentals, and very sound on the defensive side of the ball. His coaching philosophy blends high-IQ, fast-paced play with a deep commitment to building a winning team culture. Beyond the court, he is dedicated to the holistic growth of his student-athletes, developing numerous college-bound players by emphasizing academic excellence, mental toughness, and the life skills necessary for long-term success.
