Hi! I’m Coach Palmer, and I’m proud to lead and inspire athletes as a cheerleading coach. Cheer has been a part of my life for over 12 years, and it’s more than just a sport to me, it’s a way to build confidence, character, and lifelong skills. I started cheering at Goose Creek High School and quickly fell in love with the energy, teamwork, and discipline the sport requires. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at my Alma Mater for 4 years. Watching athletes grow in skill, spirit, and self-belief is the most rewarding part of what I do. My coaching style is all about building a strong foundation, from sharp technique and clean stunts to a positive team culture. I believe that success in cheerleading comes from hard work, respect, and showing up for your team every single day. I focus on helping each athlete reach their potential both on and off the mat. I’m excited to continue pushing our team to new heights and can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this season!
