A huge thank you to the WCPE Morning News Crew advised by Mrs. Planton and Mrs. Parker. You all keep us informed and connected each morning at College Park Elementary! 🎥🎙️

This student-centered news show does more than deliver announcements. It gives our students valuable opportunities to build confidence, practice communication, and develop real-world broadcast journalism skills. We are so proud of the hard work, creativity, and leadership our students demonstrate each day behind the camera and on the screen.

Thank you, WCPE News Crew, for helping us start every day the Beagle way! 🐾💛💙

Congratulations to our amazing Beagles who earned a 4.4 or higher on the ACCESS Test! 🌟📚

Today we celebrated with 42 students and their Multilingual Teachers (Ms. Hartzog, Mrs. Bellomo, Mrs. Montana, Ms. D. Scott, and Ms. Sanders) with an ice cream party in the Bark Park.

Learning to speak, read, write, and comprehend more than one language is not easy, but they did it through hard work, perseverance, and determination.

We are incredibly proud of their accomplishment and the growth they have shown along the way.

Way to go, Beagles!

Today, we proudly welcomed back our graduating seniors for the High School Graduate Walk at College Park Elementary! 🎓✨

Watching these students walk the halls where their journey began was a full-circle moment filled with pride, memories, and inspiration for our younger Beagles. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and cannot wait to see the amazing things they will do next.

Once a Beagle, always a Beagle! 🐾💙💛 #GraduateWalk #ClassOf2026

CPE Spring Break Duck Adventures!!

Spring is here and so are the ducks. Before Spring Break classes adopted a duck, decorated the duck as a book character, and found the book that the character was from in the library or classroom library. The students and teachers read the book with the duck and took picture.

Our Teachers took the ducks home for Spring Break to enjoy new adventures!

Enjoy these photos!

Today at CPE, our students and staff celebrated the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino countries from around the world — including Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, and more!
At CPE, we are proud to have students and families representing all of these countries! 🌎❤️ Our Hispanic Heritage Month Finale Parade was filled with pride, color, music, and joy as we honored the diversity that makes our school community so special.

Good afternoon CPE families.

We want to inform you that we will be conducting a lockdown drill at College Park Elementary on Friday, September 19. This is a routine safety practice to ensure our students and staff know what to do in the event of an emergency.

Please know that this is only a drill, and there is no cause for concern. We appreciate your support in helping us keep our school safe.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the school office.
