Mrs. Lyndi Valicek was named Assistant Principal of Berkeley Middle School in December of 2022 before transitioning into her new role as principal in 2026. Mrs. Valicek has spent her entire educational career in Berkeley County. She spent nine years as a teacher at Macedonia Middle, one year as a Title I Facilitator at Macedonia Middle, and the last 6 years as an Innovative Learning Coordinator for Berkeley County.
Mrs. Valicek earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Charleston Southern University, a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with and emphasis in Technology from Grand Canyon University, and attended Gardner-Webb University for Administration.
