Lynsey Phillips has spent her entire career with BCSD and has several notable accomplishments under her belt. She joined Cane Bay High in 2014 as a special education teacher and within four years was named the school’s Teacher of the Year. Her resume touts success with recruiting and retaining school employees; master schedule management; curriculum implementation and strategies to positively impact school climate.
Prior to being named the founding principal of Midtown Middle School, Phillips served as the principal at Sedgefield Middle and was a member of the administrative team at Goose Creek High.
