Residents and community members looking for ways to give back this holiday season are encouraged to sponsor a child in Berkeley County School District through the annual Berkeley ONEderland program.
Facilitated by BCSD's Division of Student Support Services, Berkeley ONEderland has become a holiday tradition in the school district. With the help of sponsor support, BCSD social workers are able to gather gifts and donations for children in need during the holiday season; all donations go straight to BCSD students.
Those interested in sponsoring a child are asked to complete a form to be matched with a child. Forms to be completed by Monday, Nov. 10. After completing the form, sponsors will be matched with a BCSD student/family and will start receiving Wish Lists. Sponsors are only asked to fulfill wish lists to the best of their ability.

BCSD social workers are also accepting general donations to support students and families; the following items must be new and unwrapped:

clothing
coats
rain gear
shoes
gift cards
