Earlier this week, students learned about why Behavior, Attendance, and Grades matter at Sangaree Middle School. Each grade level participated in a Town Hall Meeting to review expectations and goals for the new school year! They learned that they can be rewarded for their efforts! We are building a culture of excellence here at Sangaree Middle!

As we set our sights on greater academic achievement across the school, following the dress code helps our students remain in class which ultimately helps to support their success. Maintaining these expectations also helps to build the culture that we are striving to see for Sangaree Middle! Thank you!

Last week, Mrs. Wilson, a paraprofessional at SRM, was invited to speak in Columbia, SC for the Tech to Teach Scholars Program. She visited the State Department of Education which included meeting the State Superintendent of Education.

She makes an impact in our building each day, and we are confident that she will be impacting students for years to come!
