Berkeley County School District will continue to serve meals to students this summer.
The 2023 Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program is available to all students and children in the Berkeley County community. The program is free to all children under the age of 18. Dates, times and site information can be found at www.bcsdschools.net/summermeals.
MCE - End of Year Reminders
• Chrombooks will be turned in next week
o The replacement cost for a charger is $20.00. If you know students do not have their chargers, please contact the parents to let them know there is a fee.
o The replacement cost for a cover is $25.00.
o The replacement cost for a cracked screen (after the 1st offense) is $50.00.
o The replacement cost for a Chromebook is $150.00.
o There should not be stickers on the covers or Chromebooks. Technology will charge students for removing or cleaning.
o Students who have hotspots will also need to return the device and charger when we collect their Chromebooks. The replacement cost for a hotspot is $50.00. The cost of the hotspot charger is $5.00.

• Please have all textbooks, library books and classroom books returned
• Please ensure your child has made up all classwork for the 4th quarter
• MCE last day of school is Tuesday, May 30th. We dismiss at 10:50 AM.
• Report cards will be e-mailed on 5/30/23.
• Report cards for students who do not attend on 5/30/23, a hard copy will be available on 5/31 at 8:00 am in the front office.
• If you know you are moving over the summer, please contact Mrs. Salisbury, Attendance Clerk, so we can ensure all the necessary information is forwarded.
• Please make sure your cafeteria bills are taken care of

REMINDER: May 30th is a half day for all students. It is also the final day of school for all students. May 31 is a teacher workday and the final day of the school year for teachers.
