Effective September 15, 2023, BCSD will share bus delay information via the Rooms platform located within the BCSD mobile app.
Parents connected to their students within Rooms will receive mobile app push notifications on bus delays and other transportation information.
Invites to connect were scheduled to be sent on Wednesday, September 13. If you have not received an invite by September 14 at 8 a.m., please complete the form linked below.
The My Ride 360 app was purchased by the South Carolina Department of Education, and the expectation is that school districts use the platform.
Currently there are many issues impacting the app's ability to provide school districts with consistent and reliable information. As BCSD and other districts in our state work with the vendor to resolve those issues, we are providing bus delay information on the following linked Google documents and are transitioning to providing info via the BCSD mobile app as mentioned above.
BCSD is no longer encouraging the use of the My Ride 360 app.
