Flu shots will be available for students at school, free of charge! (If applicable, payment from Medicaid will be made to DHEC on your behalf.)
If you would like your child to get a flu shot at school:
1.Go to http://www.scdhec.gov/slvcconsent using your smartphone, computer or tablet and enter  as your validation code.
2. If you are not able to complete the online consent, complete the form (2 pages) and return them to school ASAP. You can find the forms in ENGLISH here: ENGLISH or SPANISH here SPANISH.
The deadline to turn in either the online or the paper consent will be November 1st.
Our first eLearning day of the year will be on October 25th.
Students will work from home on this day.
Teachers will be available online to help students from 12:00pm to 1:00pm
and then 2:00pm-3:00pm.
