Testing season is upon us! Testing dates are posted here.
In effort to provide an optimal testing experience for all students, we ask that you ensure your child is present and on time each day of testing. Students will not be released from classes for early dismissal on testing days. Please do not schedule appointments or other out-of-school functions for testing
days.
During testing, students may not be in possession of any electronic or other device that can be used for communicating, recording, timing, creating images, or storing images. These devices include but are not limited to cell phones, media players, electronic readers, headphones, smart watches, stop watches, electronic translators, handheld devices, or any electronic imaging or photographic devices. This does not apply to devices documented for use in a student’s IEP, 504 Plan, or Individual Health Plan.

We've got some accomplished kids in BCSD! Last night, Stratford High's JROTC archery team, Hanahan High's "Hawk's Eye View" and Nina Nassyrov from Philip Simmons Middle were recognized by our school board for their competition wins on the state and national level.

Spring has sprung! We hope all our students have a safe and fun spring break! Students will return to school April 21.

Did you know that this week is the #WeekOfTheMilitaryChild 🇺🇸?
At PSM, we are proud to recognize the sacrifices our military families make everyday.
Today, as a part of BCSD's #PurpleUp week, students wrote letters to members of the U.S. Armed Services to #AdoptASoldier and make sure that they are ALL seen, heard, and most of all, LOVED. 💜
