Berkeley County School District visual art students racked up the awards at the Coastal Carolina Fair Youth Art Show. Competing against students from across the Lowcountry, 72 of our students placed in competition and there were multiple BCSD students who received the coveted Judge's Award, Exchange Club of Charleston Award, People's Choice Creative Arts Award and Best in Show.
Congratulations to Avery Maysey from Philip Simmons High for winning Best in Show in 2D art and Libby Robinson from Stratford High for winning Best in Show in ceramics.
