Dr. Bradley has worked in education for almost 15 years – all of it in Berkeley County. Bradley started his educational career at Berkeley Middle teaching Intro to Law Education. He continued teaching at Berkeley Middle for six years, teaching combinations of English and social studies. He then moved to Cane Bay Middle and taught seventh grade social studies for two years before becoming an administrator at Cane Bay High. Bradley joined the Berkeley High staff in 2021 as an assistant principal.

Before coming to Westview Middle, Mr. Kohler was an assistant principal at Stratford High for seven years. Previously, he taught at Goose Creek High School, Baptist Hill High School and in Washington D.C..

He received his bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Delaware, and a master's degree in Secondary Administration from Hood College.

Mr. Kohler enjoys golfing and spending his time with his daughters, Camille and Cora, and wife, Jenna.

This is Ms. Person's 15th year in education. Prior to becoming an administrator, she spent 10 years at Stratford High School, serving in a number of roles which included: teacher, accountability and graduation specialist, student intervention specialist and academy coach. Ms. Person's first position as an assistant principal was at Marrington Middle School of the Arts, where she spent two years before assisting Dr. Jim Spencer with the opening of Philip Simmons High School. Before coming to WVM, Ms. Person spent three years as an assistant principal at Sedgefield Middle.

Hailey Vinchiarello is originally from Virgina and attended Virginia Tech for her undergraduate degree. After college, she moved to Charleston where she received a master's degree in education from Francis Marion University and a master's degree in educational leadership from The Citadel.

Mrs. Vinchiarello has worked in education for 10 years. She started teaching in Berkeley County, where she taught eighth grade math. From there, she moved to Charleston County to teach Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry. She is happy to return to Berkeley County to begin her assistant principal career. Go Warriors!
