Changes to this weekend’s event are as follows:

  • The basketball games vs Andrews will begin 30 minutes before the normal start time. There will be no JV girls game. JV boys will play at 5:00 pm, Varsity girls will begin at 6:00 pm, and Varsity boys will play at 7:30.

  • The wrestling tournament scheduled for this weekend will be postponed to Wednesday, February 11 and Thursday, February 12 at South Florence High School.

  • The Winter Semi-formal will be postponed until Saturday, January 31 from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.

Are you interested in seeing Paris? What about Madrid or Barcelona? In the summer of 2027, we are traveling to France and Spain. We'd love you to come with us! There will be a virtual informational meeting next Tuesday evening at 7 via Google Meet. Come see Ms. Keys in room 205 to get the link to attend.

Seniors - If you have not ordered your cap and gown, you need to do so by Jan 30th. You can go to highschool.herffjones.com, ccherffjones.com, or call 864-244-0110. If you need additional information, please contact Mrs. Mabry or Mrs. Lawrence.

Seniors - Also, please remember that a copy of all college acceptance and scholarship information should be turned into the School Counseling office, even if you are not attending.

Winter Spirit Week starts up next week! Start planning your outfits now! Monday - Winter vs Summer, Tuesday - Twin Day, Wednesday - Jersey Day, Thursday - Throwback Thursday, and Friday is White Out for the home game that night!

There will be a French Honor Society Meeting on Monday January 26 at 8:30 in Rm 211.

Rising 11th graders, rising 12th graders and even graduating Seniors... if you are interested in Trident Technical College's Youth Apprenticeship program please attend the information meeting on Saturday, Feb. 7th, 2026. Doors open at 8:30 at TTC. Youth Apprentices receive paid, on the job training along with related classroom instruction through Trident Technical College.

Anyone interested in participating in PSH Dance Team should see Mr. Classey to sign up for audition which will be held on February 4th at 4:15 in the band room. The will be an NDA style team that will be on the sidelines at all football games with opportunities for halftime performances and competitions. The Team will be led by Mrs. Mellissa who has 20 years experience and her own dance studio. She will be assisted by a former NFL cheerleader and a former collegiate dance team captain from the University of West Virginia. See Mr. Classey to sign up today.

Anyone interested in becoming a Majorette / baton twirler for the 2026 season should also see Mr. Classey as soon as possible for more information regarding auditions and rehearsals. No experience is required. Our newly formed majorette line received first place at the deep south classic and is coached by Mrs. Seawright who is a former feature majorette from Clemson University.

Anyone interested in joining the PSH Cologuard for the 2026 season should see Mr. Classey as soon as possible for more information about auditions. There is no experience required. Our Cologuard team received superior ratings this year and are led by Mr. A . Who the University of South Carolina and coach Bre from Benedict College.

Anyone interested in being in percussion or drumline who has experience playing should see Mr. Classey as soon as possible for more information about auditions and rehearsals. Our drumline has consistently received superior ratings and 1st place at competitions over the last 3 years and is under the instruction of Mr. Rivers, from Furman University
