Important details regarding the upcoming games at Berkeley High School
Here are a few key reminders for your team and fans:
Tickets: All tickets are $8 and can be purchased online or cash at the gate. Processing fees apply online. Fans are encouraged to take a screenshot or print their ticket for easier access at the gate. Re-Entry Policy: Once a spectator leaves the event, they must purchase another ticket to re-enter.
Athletic Trainers: We will have athletic trainers on-site.
Clear Bag Policy: Berkeley County School District's Clear Bag Policy will be enforced for all spectators.
Security Measures: All spectators will be required to pass through weapon detection screeners upon entry. Please advise fans to arrive early to allow time for screening.
Sportsmanship & Conduct: Fans are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
No Artificial Noisemakers: Per SCHSL regulations, artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, whistles, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Please remind your fans, as violations may result in removal from the venue.
Visiting Cheerleaders: Visiting Cheer squad will be in the stands across the away teams bench and the Home will be behind the Home bench.
We are asking student sections to adhere to the designated locations to avoid intermingling
Overflow Seating: Due to the potential of large attendance at this event, we recognize that designated seating areas may reach capacity, leading to overflow seating. By nature, overflow seating can consist of a mixed group of spectators. All attendees are reminded that appropriate behavior and decorum are expected at all times. Should any spectator fail to uphold these standards, the school administration and Berkeley County School District reserve the right to take disciplinary action, which may include temporary or permanent removal from the event and expulsion from future school activities.
