Stratford and Summerville battled for seven innings with dominant pitching. The Knights and Green Wave went to the bottom of the seventh tied at one. Lucas Kline came to bat with the bases loaded and two outs, crushing a ball to straight away center for a walk off grand slam for the Knights.
Stratford got a solid performance on the mound from Jarrett Wagner. The righty went the distance allowing a single unearned run while striking out 8.
The Knights will return to action Monday against the winner of James Island/Fort Dorchester.
