The Stratford weight room got another upgrade this week in the form of 10 sets of PowerBlocks with stands. The upgrade comes thanks to the Knights Athletic Booster Club. Their generous purchase will help aid all Knight Athletes in their training and development.
The Knights new PowerBlocks come with two sets of handles per set along with stands. The weights are adjustable from 5-100 pounds per dumbbell.
