Stratford will host the region strength meet this afternoon. Gates open at 4:30. Athletes will compete in the broad jump, 1 rep squat max, and 1 rep bench max. Each athlete will receive three overall attempts (1 per round of competition). The top athletes in each weight division will qualify for the state meet.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. Admission is $5.
