Timberland High graduation information

The 2020 Timberland High School graduation will be held on June 19 at our football stadium. The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. Each student will be allowed four guests.
(Children 3 years of age and younger will not require a ticket; however, seating will be measured and designated to accompany ticketed individuals only.)
Parking and traffic
Students arriving for graduation will park in the student parking lot and assemble in the gym. Parents will park in the stadium parking lot. Each student will receive two parking passes for their guests.
The main entrance of the school will be used for students, faculty and staff who are participating in graduation. There will only be one entrance to the field utilized for parking guests, and that will be the main entrance to the football stadium from Harristown Road.
Each student participating in the ceremony will be provided two parking passes.
Arrival and seating
The stage for graduation will be placed in the center of the 50-yard line on the football field. Seating will be available for guests in the home section of the stadium. Seating will be pre-marked. Attendees/guests will be expected to remain in their designated seating area until the conclusion of the graduation ceremony. Attendees WILL NOT be permitted on the field before, during or after the graduation ceremony.

Graduate dress code
The dress code for this year’s graduation will be the same as always. We are hoping to stay as traditional as possible.
Graduate staging information
Students will stage in the gym at 7:45 a.m. Only graduating students and personnel who are participating in the ceremony will be allowed in the gym before and after the ceremony.
Dismissal and diplomas
Following the ceremony, graduates and personnel will return to the gym for diplomas. Only graduating students and personnel who are participating in the ceremony will be allowed in the gym before and after the ceremony. Attendees/guests will be dismissed by section in an effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines. All attendees/guests are asked to move directly to their vehicles and exit the campus.

We have hired a photographer for ceremony photos. Please plan to take personal photos away from our campus and before or after the ceremony. Access to Timberland High will be limited.
Our graduation rehearsal/practice will be held on June 17 from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the school.
