Back to School Chromebook repair/replacement information

We are in the process of preparing Chromebooks for the new school year. Please let us know if you have a Chromebook that requires repairs by sending an email to

Please include the following -

  • student’s name
  • school
  • description of the problem the Chromebook is experiencing

Once we receive your email, we will respond with the location and times available to drop off the Chromebook for repair or replacement. In order to ensure we are prepared to repair or replace your Chromebook, make sure you receive an email response back from prior to going to one of the designated locations. Please make sure you bring the broken Chromebook and charger with you to the location.

As aforementioned, appointments are preferred. Below is the schedule for the final days of this service. 

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
July 28: Macedonia Middle, Cane Bay Middle
July 29: Devon Forest Elementary, College Park Middle
July 30: St. Stephen Elementary, Hanahan Elementary

1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
July 28: Cross Elementary, Cainhoy Elementary
July 29: Sedgefield Middle, Berkeley Middle
July 30: Philip Simmons Elementary
