Important information about eLearning technical support

We understand that the modified eLearning lessons our teachers have worked hard to create can only be as successful as the technology that supports the platform. Our technology staff continues to work tirelessly to ensure that you receive the support and tools that you need. With that in mind, please review the following so that you are familiar with the resources available to you and your child during our building closure.
Students have access to a technology help chat Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. If you need help accessing the chat, please watch this "how-to."
If you do not have internet at home, please contact your child's teacher or school principal. They will be able to assist you with the internet resources available to your student.
If your student has a damaged device, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in the email a name, email address, the issue with the device, and the closest feeding location to the parent/student. You will need to take the device to the nearest feeding site on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. A technology tech will be at each feeding site to switch out the equipment. Equipment will only be available if you have emailed email@example.com.
