Kids Who Care project winners announced

Forty projects, 185 participating teachers and 4,496 participating students – we’re talking about the 27th annual Kids Who Care project competition.
Winning student projects collected cash prizes for schools -- $500 (first place), $350 (second place), $250 (third place), $100 (honorable mention). Students were recognized at a ceremony on Thursday, March 8 at Old Santee Canal Park in Moncks Corner.
Teachers will use the prize money to buy science-related materials for their classes.
