Published Monday, March 19, 2018

Berkeley County will host a community meeting on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Berkeley High School, starting at 6 p.m.

The public will have an opportunity to hear from Berkeley County leaders, including Berkeley County Supervisor Bill Peagler, Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis and others.  Updates will be presented on public safety, road projects, including Black Tom Road and Cypress Gardens Road and bridge, as well as other important topics.

After the presentations, attendees will have an opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions to County leaders. Representatives from the Town of Moncks Corner will also be on hand to answer questions and provide information about the town.

This meeting is part of an ongoing effort to ensure input from local communities remains a priority in the County.

“Moncks Corner is an important part of Berkeley County,” said Berkeley County Supervisor Bill Peagler.

“It’s an area that’s dear to my heart, from my time as Mayor of the Town to my current role as Supervisor of the County. Our goal is to ensure all citizens’ concerns are heard. We aim to provide important information and obtain feedback to provide support wherever needed.”
