Cane Bay High School to host Relay For Life event on April 27

Cane Bay High School will be hosting the Relay For Life of Lower Berkeley on April 27th with a goal of raising $100,000 for the American Cancer Society.
The event will be held from 6 p.m. until midnight on the school’s track.
An opening ceremony honoring everyone impacted by cancer and those contributing to the fight against the disease will kick off the event. The opening ceremony will be followed by a survivor/caregiver walk and a luminaria (small paper lantern) ceremony.
The event will end with a closing ceremony marking the commitment to action against cancer and a celebration of work to battle the disease.
