New student registration opens April 4

New student registration for Berkeley County School District (BCSD) will open on Tuesday, April 4th at 10 a.m.

In an effort to streamline the efficiency of enrolling students and to simplify the registration of your child, we have a web-based registration process in which all aspects of student registration, including document submission, can be completed online. Those without the ability to register online will need to contact the school and arrange a date and time to register in person. Registration will not be complete until all items are received.

Head Start

If you are interested in enrolling your child into the Head Start program, please complete this pre-registration form and then you will receive an email with additional information. Please call 843-899-5048 or 843-899-5092 with any questions or concerns. If your child is a current Head Start student entering CERDEP or kindergarten, you will need to register with your zoned school.

BCSD CERDEP and Pre-K

Enrollment for the SC Child Early Reading Development & Education Program (CERDEP) will open online April 4; however, there may be additional steps required.

If you are the parent of a student currently enrolled in BCSD CERDEP or Pre-K, you do not have to re-register. However, you will need to complete the returning student update process expected to launch in July.
