Helen Withers-Ross named CHE Teacher of the Year

Cainhoy Elementary wishes to congratulate third-grade teacher Helen Withers-Ross for being named this year's Teacher of the Year. BCSD will later reveal its finalists for District Teacher of the Year before announcing the selected teacher.
