Summer Feeding Information
The 2023 Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program is available to all students and children in the Berkeley County community. The program is free to all children under the age of 18.

BCSD ‘pulling out all the stops’ for National School Breakfast Week
Berkeley County School District will join schools from all over the country on March 6-10 and celebrate the benefits of breakfast as a part of National School Breakfast Week. Throughout the week, students can earn prizes which were purchased by Child Nutrition Services using Cool School points.

Student Accident Insurance Info
The board approved on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 the offering of a voluntary Student Accident Insurance. Parents/guardians can purchase the policy. Once on the site, you will be able to follow the instructions to view the coverages offered and to enroll electronically.

Program allowing no cost meals for all students not available for 2022-23
For the past two years, the United States Department of Agriculture has offered waivers to school districts allowing them to offer students breakfast and lunch at no charge. Those waivers are now expired. This means that starting in August of 2022-2023, we will return to normal pre-pandemic operations.
