CBM students practice TDA with crime scene investigation

There was a big whodunit at Cane Bay Middle this year as students used a crime scene to practice Text Dependent Analysis (TDA) in a way that they will remember forever.

BCSD Work and Life Skills Student Conference scheduled for June 21

This hardcore project had Oswaldo Ordonez’s Spanish 1 students utilizing a lot of innovation, creativity and time management skills. And of course – they spoke a lot of Spanish.

Board receives update on new state funding metric, considerations impacting FY 2022-2023

The new funding formula, outlined in the Ways and Means FY 2023 annual appropriations budget, takes all new funds for education and applies them to a new formula that creates a metric called the State Aid to Classrooms Program Allocation.
