    ARRIVAL TO SCHOOL:

    1.       The bus loop and car rider drop-off area will remain the same.

    a.       The bus loop will remain the loop in front of the school.

    b.      The car rider drop-off area will remain the curbside driver loop parallel to Law Street.

     

    2.       Parents will drop students off and the students will enter at the exterior cafeteria entrance after registering an acceptable temperature (sub 100.4°F).

    a.       Temperature checks will occur at the car for students being dropped off.

                                                                   i.      Students with an elevated temperature of 100.4°F will not be permitted to enter the building.

                                                                  ii.      Students with an elevated temperature of 100.4°F will be required to leave the campus in the same vehicle by which they arrived to campus.

    b.      Car riders with acceptable temperatures may pick up their breakfast, starting 8:30, in the cafeteria and report to their first block class.

    3.       Bus riders will be released from buses at 8:30 and will enter the building through the main entrance.

    a.       Temperature checks will occur as the students disembark from the buses.

                                                                   i.      Students with an elevated temperature of 100.4°F will be placed in on-campus quarantine to contact a parent/guardian in order to be picked up from campus.

                                                                  ii.      Students with an elevated temperature of 100.4°F will remain in on-campus quarantine until they are picked up by a parent/guardian.

    b.      Bus riders may pick up their breakfast at the stag store kiosk and will report to their 1st block class.

    c.       SPED will exit off the bus as they come in, but parents will not be permitted to walk their student into the building.

    4.       Student drivers will park in the student parking lot (normal).

    a.       Temperature checks will occur at the bottleneck for the entry into the student parking lot.

                                                                   i.      Any student with an elevated temperature of 100.4°F will not be permitted to enter the building. The student will have to call a parent/guardian to inform them of the elevated temperature. The parent/guardian will have to grant student permission to either drive home or have them picked up.

                                                                  ii.      If multiple students are in a vehicle with one student registering an elevated temperature of 100.4°F, all students will be disallowed from entering the building. All students will have to call a parent/guardian to inform them of the elevated temperature.  The parents/guardians will have to grant each student permission to either drive/ride home or have them picked up.

    b.      Checks for temperature will occur at two designated areas:

                                                                   i.      Between the Annex/Main building entrance toward the cafeteria;

                                                                  ii.      At the entrance to the courtyard between the library and band/chorus room.

    c.       Drivers can grab their breakfast in the cafeteria at 8:30 and go to their 1st block class. 

    5.       Teachers will have temperatures checked and enter through same entrances as students by 8:20.
