Opportunity Student Ambassadors are students who are interested in developing their college readiness and leadership qualities by motivating and empowering their peers on the path to college. The goal of the program is to amplify the student’s voice in the mission to increase the number of students who are ready for and taking the right steps toward college or even those students who are interested in taking AP classes, PSAT, SAT and applying for scholarships but need a an peer perspective on the process. Opportunity Ambassadors must submit an application and be selected for the program. They must attend a virtual training session, speak at 2-3 events minimum that may include assemblies, parent nights, middle school info nights, etc. as well as other activities to promote the various benefits and scholarship opportunities.
