Mrs. Natalie Lockliear
Principal
Mrs. Lockliear grew up in Berkeley County and is a Berkeley High School graduate. She continued her education at The University of South Carolina and received her masters at The Citadel. She has been in administration for 17 years and brings a variety of experiences.
“It was truly an honor to be named the Foxbank Elementary Principal. I am beyond excited about this opportunity and look forward to working with the children and their families. Our first goal will be to create a safe environment where children want to learn. We have so much to look forward to as we begin building new relationships, new traditions, and memories to last a lifetime.”

Ms. Cindy Bise
Assistant Principal
After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Cindy Bise moved to the Lowcountry in 1993 from her home in West Virginia. She has served in the Berkeley County School District for the past 24 years as a teacher, instructional coach, interventionist, facilitator, and administrator.
“I am very excited and honored to be the assistant principal of Foxbank Elementary. I love working with children because they make my heart so happy every single day. Just as I trust my own child with his school family, I strive to earn that same trust from you with your child(ren). I want us all to work together to do what’s best for children. Let’s all work together to create great opportunities, in our brand new home, for all of our new Boykins; how exciting!”

Mrs. Deanna Riddle
Assistant Principal
Deanna Riddle is a Lowcountry native and a graduate of the College of Charleston. Coupled with a Masters degree in Educational Leadership, Mrs. Riddle brings 14 years of elementary education experience as a classroom teacher with the last 10 being here in the Berkeley County School District.
“I have been blessed to be a part of the FBE family for the past two years and am excited to continue serving in the Assistant Principal role. All children should feel safe, valued, and enjoy coming to school each day in order to be successful. My goal is to work together with students, parents, and staff so that each child here at FBE is successful.”
