Hello, I am Cynthia Williams, Marrington Elementary's assistant principal. I was recently married so don't be confused if you have been part of Marrington for the past 3 years, it's still me!  This is my fourth year at Marrington and I feel so blessed to be part of such an amazing school with incredible students, faculty, staff, parents and community support!

Berkeley County School District has been my home for the entire 22 years that I've been an educator. I have taught first grade, third grade and special education resource before becoming MNE's assistant principal. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University, earned a certification in Special Education, LD and then earned a Master of Education degree in Elementary Supervision and Administration from The Citadel.

I have two amazing children of my own. My husband also has two amazing children and we have a precious grandson! I've been very blessed!

If you are new to our school, welcome! I am sure it will not take long before you realize what a special school this is. If you are returning, welcome back! We value and appreciate our wonderful volunteers so please let us know if you have time to assist us with helping every child find their path as they grow academically and socially.

Please let me know if I can assist you with anything by calling (843) 572-3373 or emailing me at williamscynthia@bcsdschools.net
