• Boys & Girls - PRE- CONDITIONING STARTS JUNE 1ST-

    Looking for a challenge? Do you like running 5km races?  Then, the Cross Country Team is where you need to be. We run through wooded trails, paved trails, fields and hills. Track runners (400 meters up to the 2 mile event) will benefit from this training. X-Country is a Fall Sport that focuses on endurance, strength and speed. There is also a growing trend in X-C sports scholarships in S.C.
