Ms. Tiffany Brown

Principal

My educational career began in 2005 in Dorchester School District 4, where I taught science for one year.  I taught in Charleston County School District during the following two years, and was hired as a science teacher at Cane Bay High School in 2008. While at CBH, I spent five years in the classroom, and seven years as an assistant principal. Being at Cane Bay High from the beginning afforded me the experience of witnessing the explosive growth in the school and community first-hand. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to build strong, positive relationships with students, teachers, staff, parents, and community members. During the 2020-2021 school year, I served as the district’s Director of Adult Education. I welcomed the journey that came with serving in a new capacity, and I’ve learned so much about the adult education learning community, its students, and myself. The opportunity to work alongside them has allowed me to grow professionally, and we’ve made great strides together. While I enjoy my current work, I am delighted to return to "Cobra Nation" as the principal for the 2021-2022 school year. This return brings me full circle. I wish Mr. McDowell the best of luck as he transitions into his new role in our central office.
