A Little About Me...
I grew up in Vermont and attended the University of Vermont
where I earned my B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology.
While in high school and college, I worked a variety of jobs from scooping ice cream at Ben & Jerry's to working as a State Park Asst. Manager with the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps
In 2002 I moved to South Carolina and worked as a Naturalist for the Kiawah Island Resort.
I switched gears for a bit and worked at MUSC
for about 5 years. During this time, I decided to pursue a Masters in Teaching Biology degree from The Citadel
I joined the Stratford family right after I graduated and have been loving being a part of this wonderful community ever since.
Courses I have taught are; Honors Biology 1, CP Biology 1, Honors Anatomy & Physiology, and AP Biology.
